Of the five group companies of the Uyeno Group that focus on accident prevention and agency services, Chubu Marine Service K.K. (headquarters: Shiohama, Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture) and Uyeno Marine Service K.K. (headquarters: Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) will merge with Isewan Bosai K.K. (headquarters: Kasumi, Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture) as the surviving company, and become the new company Uyeno Maritime Japan, Ltd. from April 1, 2021.

Uyeno Maritime Japan, Ltd. will provide services focusing on marine accident prevention operations in Japan, without being restrained to one port.
