March 2, 2022 — Uyeno Group Holdings Ltd. announced that the Uyeno Group will carry out a business reorganization on April 1, 2022, in which it will transfer some business divisions from NCU Logistics Ltd., Uyeno Yuso Ltd. and Uyeno Maritime Japan, Ltd. to Uyeno Logichem Ltd. and Uyeno Yuso.

Details of the reorganization

Under the basic policy “to pursue advanced initiatives and accelerate the expansion of the business portfolio with overwhelming competitiveness,” which is set out in the Uyeno Group’s new medium-term business plan to be launched on April 1, 2022, the Group is committed to driving growth and expansion with a focus on the business fields of petroleum, chemicals, and new businesses, as it continues to provide safe and high-quality services.
