More than 70 years after its establishment in 1948, Heiwa Kisen kaisha, Ltd., as a member of the Uyeno Group, is committed to playing a part in our social mission of providing a stable supply of energy, while striving day and night to contribute to society by taking good care of our employees and making contributions to society. The company is mainly responsible for pier work and sea berth work at refineries and oil terminals within the Idemitsu Kosan Group, as well as ship agency services.

Cargo handling operations
We are engaged in marine cargo handling operations for Toa Oil Co., Ltd. and Showa Yokkaichi Sekiyu Co., Ltd..
Seaberth Operations
We are engaged in the berthing, cargo handling and guarding operations for crude oil carriers arriving at the seaberth of Toa Oil Co., Ltd. and Showa Yokkaichi Sekiyu Co., Ltd.
In addition, we are also engaged in the guard serice for ocean-going vessels arriving at Niigata Joint Oil Co., Ltd.
Operating Vessels
Agency work
We act as an agent for Toa Oil Co., Ltd. and Fuji Oil Company Lte. for various procedures related to the arrival and departure of domestic and ocean-going vessels.
We also act as the sole agent for overseas shipping companies in Japan.
Management of ship inspectors
We manage the ship inspector under contract with Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd.
